Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 12 hours of receiving full payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next day.

We offer worldwide shipping. However, international deliveries may experience delays due to customs inspections or local carrier operations.
All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not cover or reimburse these charges.
Refusal to pay customs fees may result in your order being returned or destroyed by the carrier; in such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Remote Areas and P.O. Boxes
Delivery to remote locations or P.O. Boxes depends on your region. In certain cases, additional time or fees may apply.
Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
